PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR

Bryce D. McLeod, Ph.D.

Professor of Psychology, Virginia Commonwealth University

Visiting Professor of Paediatrics, National University of Singapore

My career goal is to engage in a research program that integrates science and practice to benefit youth receiving mental health and prevention services in community-based settings. To achieve this goal, my research has focused on developing and applying novel methodologies to evaluate treatment fidelity instruments, training and consultation strategies, and interventions that improve the quality of care for youth and their families in community-based settings.

The lab's ongoing research projects provide opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students to learn about and participate in implementation research and practice. As a mentor, I am dedicated to training graduate students to become the next generation of applied researchers focused on improving the quality of care for youth and their families in community settings.

I plan to admit a student for the 2026-27 academic year.
